Great Simple Strength Program
Those of you that follow my weekly Good Reads posts probably have seen that I regularly include Jason Ferruggia’s post right up at the top of the list on a weekly basis. That’s not a coincidence. I really like his work, and we think very similarly with most training stuff. In fact, I actually included him on my list of 2011 Blog Awards because his blog is one of my favorites.
Jason is a no-bs kinda guy, and his programs reflect that. They’re very simple and there isn’t a lot of unnecessary fluff. That’s how I program, so it’s no surprise that I’m drawn to his work.
Right now he’s sharing a great strength program called Muscle Gaining Secrets 2.0 that I just read over, and I really like it. It’s a 12 week program to build strength and pack on muscle, so if that’s a goal of yours, I’d recommend checking it out. The workouts are simple, so if you’re someone that gets bogged down with overthinking the minutia or doesn’t want to spend a ton of time in the gym, it’s great. It’s on sale through Saturday for only 29 bucks, which in my mind is a complete steal, and if you buy it now, Jason’s also throwing in 30 days of free online coaching in his private coaching group, which by itself is worth well more than 29 bucks.
You can check it out here.
Have a great day, and finish the week strong!
