A New Way to do Drop Sets
Hey there! I first want to apologize for being a blogging bug lately. I’ve been super busy, but honestly, the real reason I haven’t blogged in over a week is because I got a new computer (I finally made the switch from PC to Mac) and I forgot the password to my blog because it was stored on my old computer. Doh!
I know, I’m an idiot
Anywho, I’m writing this post from my old computer.
I just want to share a new article I had published on T-Nation today showing some cool ways to do “drop sets” for chin-ups, pushups, and single leg hip thrusts. I’ve been using these a lot myself and I’m really liking them, and I think/hope you will too.
