I offer online coaching for those unable to make it to the gym to train with me in person.
The way online coaching works is that I start with a 30-60 minute in-depth Skype (or phone) consultation so we can figure out your goals, training limitations, injury history, time constraints, etc. At that point, I set up an initial program based on what we talk about.
Each week you check in at the end of the week about how things went, and we’ll make changes as necessary to keep you moving in the right direction. This is not a cookie cutter program, and I’m a big believer in making small changes throughout the training process if need be. I also encourage you to send videos of your lifts so I can critique your form and make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly.
I require three months of your dedication in the beginning because I believe it takes time to start seeing results. I try to make the experience as “hands on” as possible, so in addition to weekly e-mail check-ins, I also like to do more elaborate Skype (or phone) consultations to answer any questions you might have and talk in detail about how everything is going. I’m very thorough with the process, which is why I don’t take on a lot of clients at once.
